At Focal Point Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home fixtures. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm that your items are eligible for return.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping box and send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
